Coach Earth is a Certified Holistic Consultant and Life Force Nutrition Coach who turned personal healing into professional purpose. After struggling with emotional eating, chronic health issues, and low self-esteem from a young age, she found lasting transformation through holistic medicine, which inspired her life’s work: helping others reclaim their well-being through natural, whole-being support.

Since earning her certification in 2008 through the Holistic Therapies and Education Center—recognized by international boards in traditional healing—Coach Earth has delivered food-as-medicine education, lifestyle coaching, and wellness workshops across communities, schools, and clinical settings.

Now, through her business Earth’s Precious Gifts, she offer one on one coaching and supports companies in reducing employee sick days, boosting morale, and improving performance using her signature H.E.A.L. Framework (Hear, Eat, Align, Love)—a system that addresses emotional, nutritional, physical, and cultural balance in the workplace.
